Proposed Autocity Masterplan

The proposal calls for an integrated masterplanning, of commercial and residential elements designed together on this plot of land. The strategic location next to the PLUS highway and theme park envisaged to be the new focal point of automotive lifestyle. A city within a city as a new commercial hub to promote the motor industry together with residential to redefine a new lifestyle within the vicinity. A test track is proposed within the commercial block as an exciting and dynamic attraction that can be converted into a race track. The curvaceous loop relates to the high performance aero dynamic fluidity of the automotive engineering.
