the Masterplan

The global pandemic open up to a different meaning of the ‘house’ typology definition. Movement Control Order (MCO) which implemented by the federal government has lead to drastic changes of new living culture which includes the ‘Work From Home’ (WFH) and ‘Learning From Home’ (LFM). A residential neighbourhood and a house is more than just a place to rest, sleep and live in. Rather, it is foreseen as a possible place to build a self-sustain living environment within the neighbourhood, the possibility to establish a conducive working and learning environment despite precedented and unprecedented circumstances. “Emphasize on the public realms, walkability, mixed uses, community diversity and quality over quantity… The masterplan design intention is to create a place that will be safe, pleasant, and useful for pedestrian and bicyclists, and create wonderful, walkable and loveable place to live in”
