The North Gate is envisioned to be a “Wellness-Oriented Development Community” development that houses Johor Cancer Foundation, complemented by a business park (with potential to become medical office buildings, M.O.B), residential and retail components nestled in a lush landscaped and connected environment. The concept, THE NORTH GATE WELLNESS CITY, as a Gate to Iskandar Puteri, as well as a wellness city to embrace the Johor cancer foundation.
